Printing
Printers on a Windows Cluster can now be monitored. This does not happen in real time like on a normal server but after the job completes printing. Using this method, printers can also be remotely monitored from another computer
Colour and monochrome pages within a job are now treated separately and charged independently. Previously, the whole job was charged at the colour rate when one page contained colour
The Zenographics IMF host based language (as used by HP 2600n and HP 1022, Minolta and others) is now supported
Windows Client
Information messages like cancelled jobs, low balance etc now use a popup balloon from the system tray for Windows 2000/XP/2003
The list boxes for print jobs, net usage and current jobs can now be sorted by clicking on the column headings
The popup balloon from the system tray for Windows 2000/XP/2003 can now be disabled
The tray icon changes to show when the client is disconnected
Installation
The single MSI installer now provides options for Typical, Minimum and Custom installs. Typical installs the full package including Administration, charging services and the web interface. Minimum installs only Administration and the charging services
The previous exe installer and the separate web interface installer have been removed
Web Interfaces
The web Client and Administration interfaces are now implemented as ASP pages and COM objects
The installer creates a RPM virtual web folder accessed by http://localhost/rpm
The previous CGI programs have been removed
The Entered By user for a Receipt was recorded as the administrator account and not the person who was logged on
