Easy to use

Because Outpost has a Windows-type interface, staff, students and parents will intuitively understand how to navigate around it. Remote users simply:

• Connect to the Internet from their remote PC
• Open the Outpost application
• Enter their standard network username and password - no need to remember yet more logon details!
• Select the required file or directory from their network area, then drag and drop it onto the remote PC
• Work on the file, then drag it back to their network area
• Close Outpost. The modified file is now back on the network
