If this is the first server in your network, and you have not already defined storage locations and shared folders for your user's home folders and profile folders, then the following configuration wizard will assist you in configuring this. If you have already defined these locations, then the existing site configuration section in this chapter will be more appropriate.

In the previous section, you were presented with two options. In order to continue with this section, please click on the 'New Site' button to display the configuration options.

Click on the drive that best suites your scenario. Ranger Account Manager will attempt to advise you on which is the best option, but you may override the suggested selection if needed. Click the 'Next' button to continue.

If you chose to store the home and profile folders on the system drive, a warning dialog will be displayed. If you are certain that you wish to use the system drive, then click the 'Use system drive' button. Should you wish to choose a different drive, click the 'Cancel' button. The User account storage dialog will be displayed.

The home and profile folders are set to the drive you selected with a path of "\users\home" and "\users\profile" by default. The drive letter that is mapped to the home drive is set to "H:" by default. Should you wish to change any of these default selections, simply click in the relevant text box and type your desired parameter. Click the 'Next' button to continue.
