Question

The RPM web client doesn't accept my voucher codes, but the windows client does - even with the same voucher codes.



Cause

Product bug in older versions



Resolution

You'd need to download the following patch GPClientService.exe from http://drive.123-reg.co.uk/F/704647-818756381 and replace it with what you already have in the Print Manager directory.


Stop the RPM Services before replacing the file, and restart afterwards.



Testing

Use the web client again, with a voucher code.
