Reloading Pac File

Question

I can't access the Guardian Web Console - similar to page not found? But I can ping the Guardian server without issues.

Resolution

It might be worth reloading the PAC file to the server.

Instructions

1. Turn the Securus Server off
2. Hold down the black button/enter key and turn the server on using the power button 
3. Continue holding the black button/enter key until checking files appears in the LCD window it has checked 2/3 files 
4. Wait for LAN 100/IP address/LOADER MODE to be displayed before proceeding to next stage 
5. Click the windows start button at the bottom left of your screen and click the run command. 
6. Type in the run command window "c:\securus\securusload.exe 192.168.1.1" correcting the IP to the IP of your Securus server and the pathname to the pathname you extracted to. Click ok. 
7. On the Securusload window that loads up click "Units" then "Find". Choose the IP address of your server from the list and click ok. 
8. Click "Files", "Root Files" then "Put". Navigate to the path that you extracted the files to and highlight v530SCLW.pac (VERSION MAY VARY) and click open. 
9. Once it has been confirmed give the server about 30 seconds to finish writing the files to disk and reboot the server using the LCD panel (select reboot from the LCD menu).
