Why do Ranger Remote Control v9 Tutors not get the same setup when logging on?

Symptoms

When logging into the RRC v9 Tutor pc users are getting different layouts, web blocks and application blocks.

Cause

RRC v9 does not share data files between users of the Tutor pc by default

Resolution

Instructions

Open the RRC v9 Tutor

Click the School menu and select Configuration

Under Administration select the Security option

Tick the box that says 'Use shared data files'

Testing

Create a layout and blocks for one user and then logon as another user to check they are the same.
