Why do i get an error message when my solo user logs in, saying invalid arguement to date encode
Symptoms

When a solo user logs in to the network they get a synchronisation error message

Cause
This may be caused by any special characters contained within the file names of files it is trying to synchronise e.g.: & * () / " !
Resolution
Remove any special characters and try again
