Disable the groups policy setting.

Instructions

To resolve this problem you need to un tick the following policy 'Do not keep history of recently opened documents'

To do this open Ranger Administrator and go to Environment - Group - - Windows settings - Start menu

You will then be able to import within Corel Photo paint 12
