How do I add OutpostBox folders to staff users?

Cause
You would like to add OutpostBox folders to additional staff folders.
Resolution
Use the Server Setup and Admin tool to modify the staff account properties and create the OutpostBox folders.
Instructions
After a few seconds, a list of folder names will be shown in the left hand list. This list will comprise of all the top level directories in the root folder entered.
Identify the folders you wish to modify and add them to the right hand list. If you want to select staff users from multiple locations repeat the process by entering a new path and clicking “scan” again. Staff folders from multiple locations/servers can be added this way.
Click ‘next’ to move to the Folder modification page.
This dialog will create OutpostBox folders in the root of each staff member’s home directory with appropriate access permissions to allow students to submit work without being able to see other student’s files or access any other parts of the staff folder.
Click “modify” to start the creation process. Each of the previously identified staff folders will be processed in turn.
Note: This process will only perform the actions described above. It will not otherwise affect the user’s home folder. Any errors will be identified and described at the end of the process. After completion, clicking ‘next’ will return to the initial tools page.
