Ranger Account Manager not starting

When I start Ranger Account Manager I get an hourglass cursor and the event log fills up with error messages.

This error has been reported occasionally on NT 4 servers. The problem seems to be with the VB6 installation on the machine. Upgrading to the RAM distributed with Ranger 4 should fix the problem.
