Question

Can Ranger help disable 'accessibility options' keyboard shortcuts?



Symptoms

User activate accessibility options via keyboard shortcuts.

Cause

Users can intentionally or mistakenly enable a number of accessibility options via keyboard shortcuts which affect the look and behaviour of the workstation



Resolution

For each accessibility option you wish to disable find and then copy the appropriate section below into the ;misc section of the \\server\ranger\preshellnt.rrg file.

Testing

After pasting the required registry keys into the preshellnt.rrg file. Logon as a restricted user twice in order for the results of the registry merge to take effect.
